Is the basement inspection free?
It is. We look at the basement and the outside of the house and give you a written estimate at no charge.
Should I send photos of the water?
They help. A shot of the wet spot, the crack with a tape measure beside it, or the end of a downspout tells us what to bring.
Can you price waterproofing without seeing it?
We quote after the inspection, because the cause of the water decides the fix and the cost.
